Pre-cuts are always fresh and available if you don’t have time to visit our fields.

If planning to pre-select or cut a tree, keep the following suggestions in mind:

• Dress warmly and suitably for being outdoors! Even if the weather is moderate at the bottom of the hill, it is often blustery at the top. Make sure you have enough clothes to enjoy your visit.
• Bring enough help to cut and move your tree out of the field. We have lots of helpers available to assist, but sometimes it gets very busy and we can’t be everywhere.
• Plan on an hour visit when coming on the weekends. Many days you can get your tree and be done in minutes, but on a busy weekend day, it can take up to an hour.
• If you are in a hurry, don’t like crowds or would like extra help, consider visiting on a weekday or selecting a pre-cut tree.
• When selecting your tree in the field, don’t forget that we can shorten a too-tall tree for you if you find a shape that you really like.
• Remember: trees available for purchase have a full, two-part tag. Half-tagged trees and trees with no tags are either already sold or not available.
• The fields close at dark, so plan on arriving before 4:00 p.m.

Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome. Please pick up after your dog and remember that many small children (and some adults) can be intimidated by your pet, even if you know they are fine with other people. Service animals only inside the store.

All tree sales are final, but if you ever have a problem with the quality of my trees, I will personally make it right for you.

If you need a pre-tagged tree cut and brought down to the store for you to pickup, please give us a day's notice.

Important notes

Although we do our very best, occasionally a pre-selected tree gets cut down in error by a later customer. In this case, we do our best to contact the original purchaser to give the option of receiving their tree immediately or picking another for later cutting.

All activities (marshmallow toasting, wagon ride, tree selection) are subject to weather and field suitability constraints. Customer satisfaction and safety are our first and overwhelming concerns!

If you need a pre-tagged tree cut and brought down to the store for you to pickup, please give us a day's notice and understand that we provide this service as time permits. This service may be unavailable on a busy weekend day!

Before cutting your tree or loading your tree on your car, please always TRIPLE CHECK to make sure your tag number matches your receipt! We don't want you (or another customer) to get an unpleasant surprise by finding you cut or brought home the wrong tree!
